This
huge house located lakeside at Mallard  Lagoon,
is a newer home with 3,500 square feet. There are two
fireplaces and a very large kitchen with dining capacity for sit down
dinners of 12 persons with views overlooking the lake. Additionally,
there are laundry facilities in the house should you need them.
It is approximately 5-10 minutes from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain
skiing. It has a two-car garage and a ski tackle room.
It has its own boat dock which can hold at least one boat and maybe
two depending upon the level of the lake and other factors. Last but
not least, it has a small patio at lake level in front of its dock
and a large upper level deck right off the kitchen overlooking the
lake.

has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, plus a bonus room with a single pull
out bed and its own fireplace and lakeview.

Large
master suite with its own sitting area, view of the lake, bathroom
with large Jacuzzi tub and walk in closet.

Bunk
room which has a lower double bed and three singles, with two
televisions; one for Nintendo and computer games and one for
movies.

The
family room and master bedroom both have cable televisions and a
VCR.

All
the other bedrooms have queen size beds.

$650.00 per night, with a 3-night minimum on non-holiday days and
weekends
